Care that keeps every stem considered.

Use a clean, dry microfibre cloth, soft cosmetic brush or feather duster. Support delicate petals and leaves as you work. Cool air on a low setting can help with detailed areas when used from a safe distance. Test every method in an inconspicuous place first.

Sturdy plastic or coated leaves may be wiped with a nearly dry, lightly damp cloth. Do not soak. Unless the product page specifically permits it, avoid bleach, alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners, fragrance oils and household sprays. Allow the piece to dry fully before reshaping or storage.

Keep soft-touch surfaces dry. Do not soak, rinse or submerge them. Avoid alcohol, cleaning sprays and repeated rubbing, which can alter the finish or colour.

Use wire cutters suited to the thickness of the internal stem. Protect nearby surfaces and keep fingers clear of the cut end. Do not use household scissors on internal wire. If a wired stem is too thick to cut safely, bend it only where the product allows or contact our studio team for guidance. Avoid repeated, extreme bends that can fatigue the wire or split the outer surface.

A dry vase is the safest choice. Water can rust exposed wire, disturb dyes or damage foam, latex and soft-touch finishes. Add water only when the product page explicitly says the material is suitable, and keep cut wire ends sealed and dry. Never place dried or preserved botanicals in water.

Keep them away from water, steam and sustained humidity. Avoid direct sunlight to slow fading. Handle lightly, as natural shedding and gradual brittleness can occur. Use only very gentle cool air or a soft brush for dusting.

Use outdoors only when a product is marked for indoor and outdoor use or UV resistance. Sun, heat, rain, wind and climate will still affect colour retention. Choose a covered or partly shaded position, bring pieces inside during severe weather, and inspect fixings and vessels regularly.

Clean and dry the product fully. Store it in a cool, dry, dark place with a stable temperature. Use a container large enough to protect the outline, place tissue between fragile areas and do not stack heavy objects above it.

Check the product page before adding water. Do not assume a decorative vessel is watertight or food safe. Use a liner when recommended. Lift heavy or textured vases instead of dragging them, and add a surface protector where needed.
